Playful Bop

Dearest Bop, Good Morning pumpkin! I write this to you as you lay in your bed fast asleep. You have slept in your own bed in your own room for the past two nights! I am VERY proud of you and glad for you that your sleep wasn't interrupted in the middle of the night and am rest assured that you didn't have any bad dreams! Yippee! Last night we had some fun. While I was making dinner, you got into the spice cabinet and baking drawer. You built towers with the spices and made "scrambled eggs" and "cake battter" with a spatula and a bowl. You were mimicking the fun things you did during the day with Grandma Leslie, who made you real eggs and a real cake with yummy chocolate frosting. Uh oh, here comes another cake frosting around the mouth picture. After dinner, you got into your toy chest and pulled out my old Strawberry Shortcake dolls. They must be 25 years old. I kept them so that one day, my beautiful little girl could enjoy them as much as I did. However, it was bath time. You threw a little fit but I convinced you I would play with you afterwards. So, as promised, we sat on mommy's bed and we named all the dolls, changed their clothes, and put ponies in their hair! Then Strawberry went for a walk up and down your arms and legs. I think she really enjoyed it. I also took a great video of you that I wanted to post. Unfortunately, I can't find the cable that connects from the camera to the computer to transfer the video! I think I may be stopping by Circuit City on my way home tonight. The video is too cute to pass up. You wanted to watch it on the camcorder over and over and you giggled at your silly old self. I hope you have a great day today. I will miss you the mostest supostest and can't wait til we meet again this afternoon! Hugs and kisses, Playful Bop!

Here's a picture of you playing with your dollys that I took last summer. You sure love those dollys!
