Cutie Bop

Here are a few things that you did these last couple of days that put the biggest smile on my face and made me laugh out loud!

Growing Fire Trucks
Everyday on our way home from Mrs. Cynthia's house, we pass by the fire station off of Del Amo and Palo Verde. You love to see the fire trucks and were very excited to see that they celebrate Christmas too. You know, fire trucks and Back hoes are a few of your favorite things! LOL! Anyway, the fire truck and the paramedic truck were pulled out of the garage and adorned with christmas wreaths on their grills. You ohhh and ahhhed and clapped your hands because they were both out there! A few minutes later when we were nearing our house, you said, "you know Mama, that little fire truck needs to grow." I asked what you meant by that. You said " He needs to grow bigger to be like the big fire truck!" I thought that was so cute! We need to bring a nice gift for the fire station to donate to the children in need. Maybe you can bring your new fire truck book and have one of the firemen or women sign it!

Naughty Bop
When we are driving home from daycare, I always ask you about your day. On Wednesday, you started pouring out the afternoon's happenings! You started talking about afternoon snack time. You said that there were apples and you wanted crackers but Miss. Cinny wouldn't share with you. After I asked you for more claification, you said that you were being a "naughty" girl and you crossed your arms and made your classic "naughty" face. So...I had you re-explain the story. Then I called Mrs. Cynthia to first of all let her know that you were telling on yourself and second, to see what really happened. It turns out that you must eat a piece of fruit before you can have any crackers. That day, Cynthia had cut up apples for you all to eat. You refused to eat them, but had to sit there until you were excused. Finally, after 15 minutes, Cynthia excused you although you hadn't touched your apples. So, you asked her for some crackers. She told you absolutely not because you didn't touch your apples. You then threw yourself into drama mode and dropped on the floor. After threatening the crying room, you shaped up and were over it. I'm sorry you didn't get an afternoon snack that day, but it sure made for a great story of you telling on yourself!

Kissing Bop
This morning, mommy finished watching a movie that she started last night. It is called P.S. I Love You. Well there is this part where the two characters kiss. You said (with so much drama) "Mama, they're kissing. He really loves her!" Then you hurried over to me. First you smooched me on the cheek and then you grabbed my face with both hands. You pulled me close to touch your lips and you kissed me for a long time. How absolutely adorable. Just think, you kissed me so that means you really must love me! I am just a little scared though....are you going to be boy crazy like your auntie and mommy? Oh, dear...Daddy, we have some training to do!

Well Bop, I hope you have a great day with Grandma Rita. I know you are looking forward to staying the night there. Your home away from home! Love you to pieces, my naughty little love kissen fire truck finder. Maybe, you will feed a fireman apples one day and he will kiss you because he loves you! Hmmmmm......
