Happy New Year! I hope this will be an exciting year for all of us. This year, you will turn 3 years old! I can't believe it! Time flies by soooooooo fast! I hope that we are all safe and healthy and good things come to everyone who surrounds you and us!
Last night we brought in the new year at Aunt Heather's house. We also celebrated Uncle Kevin's birthday. When we were getting ready to go, a little sarcasm came out of you. You said, "Do we have to go ALL THE WAY over to Aunt Heather's house?" For those of you who don't know, Aunt Heather lives next door! Hailee is picking up on the inside jokes.
Mommy ran to the store last night to get a few things. When I came home, I saw a huge opposum in our front yard. I hurried inside to show you and Daddy but he was gone by the time you got out there. You talked about that opposum all night! You said that maybe on Christmas eve, it was the opposum on the roof and not Santa Claus. I think you might be wrong there. I really did hear Santa and his reindeer prancing around up there. Anyway, you were still talking about that opposum today!
We had a lot of fun at the party last night. You didn't go to bed until almost 1 AM! You're napping right now. Please know that Mommy loves you very much, very very very much. Have a good rest cause some of your friends might be stopping by soon! Love and kisses!
